An award that rewards not only the dishes, but the entire social system that \u201cfosters inclusion\u201d and strengthens \u201caffection\u201d, as stressed by Minister Tajani.<\/p>\n<p>It is the first cuisine in the world to be recognised in its entirety. This was decided unanimously by the Intergovernmental Committee<br \/>\nof UNESCO, which met in New Delhi, India.
