Last Monday 5 January, the auditorium of the Agora (Maison Dioc\u00e9saine) hosted the event <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"276\">\u201cMixing with care, the taste of life\u201d<\/b>, an initiative signed by the <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"347\">Acli del Principato<\/b> to honour tricolour gastronomic excellence through storytelling and art.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\">A journey through sport, cinema and taste<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Under the expert guidance of <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"27\">Maurizio Di Maggio<\/b>, the historic voice of Radio Monte Carlo, and journalist <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"102\">Giulia Frigo<\/b>, the evening turned into a dynamic talk show where culinary stories were inextricably intertwined with the professional careers of four special guests.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">The Rai journalist <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"19\">Marco Fantasia<\/b>, the famous voice of Italian volleyball, shared anecdotes from his travels around the world following the national teams, while the world of cinema was represented by the couple (in life and art) formed by <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"255\">Karin Proia<\/b> e <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"269\">Raffaele Buranelli<\/b>. The two actors, well-known faces from cult series such as <i data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"333\">Boris<\/i> and the <i data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"344\">Marshal Rocca<\/i>, retraced their careers through the filter of flavours and conviviality. The dance company <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"56\">Emotions<\/b>, directed by Ginevra De Masi, punctuated the interviews with three unreleased choreographies, giving one last performance in the Principality before leaving for a prestigious television tour in Italy.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Doing the honours was the Honorary President of the Monegasque Acli, <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"88\">Niccol\u00f2 Caissotti of Chiusano<\/b>, together with Alessandra Luti (Fashion Wow) and Luciano Garzelli, delegate of the Accademia della Cucina Italiana.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">The evening ended in an atmosphere of joyful conviviality with a tasting of territorial excellence: wines from the <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"120\">Trentino<\/b> and tastings of tradition <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"160\">Ligurian<\/b> delighted the large audience that came, sealing the patronage of the Italian Embassy and Acli Terra.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La cucina italiana, neo-proclamata &#8220;Patrimonio immateriale dell\u2019Umanit\u00e0&#8221; dall&#8217;Unesco, \u00e8 stata la protagonista assoluta di una serata memorabile nel Principato di Monaco.
