The strategic agreement will feature\u00a0AcliTerra<\/em>\u00a0e\u00a0FeatherLogistics<\/em>. The shared objective of the two bodies is to thoroughly analyse the national and international context in order to build synergistic solutions capable of opening a new season of investment in strategic infrastructure, significantly improving transnational links.<\/p>\n

Investing in infrastructure, digitalisation, and connections means creating value for businesses, ensuring better remuneration for producers, and strengthening the presence of our excellences on global markets. \nThe logistics sector continues to be one of the driving forces of the Italian economy. The supply chain today moves over\u00a01,200 million tonnes of goods<\/em><\/strong>, boasts a national value of\u00a094.3 billion euros<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>and records a turnover in the \u201ccontract manufacturing\u201d sector exceeding\u00a0120 billion<\/em>.<\/strong>\u00a0Overall, this sector employs well\u00a01.4 million workers<\/em>,\u00a0<\/strong>maintains a constant annual growth rate of\u00a03,63%<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and comes to affect for the\u00a09% as a percentage of GDP<\/em>\u00a0of the country<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Overcoming the infrastructure deficit to protect quality<\/strong><\/em>
\nDespite its importance, integrated logistics still represents a historical deficit for many areas of the Peninsula, with heavy negative repercussions on the general economy and, in particular, on the agri-food sector.<\/p>\n

The historical infrastructure shortcomings directly impact key sectors such as agriculture and fishing, resulting in significant economic losses that hinder fair and dignified remuneration for producers. In fact, current logistical parameters often tend to favour quantity over the quality of products. This latter aspect, however, constitutes the true distinctive feature and added value of Italian exports worldwide.<\/p>\n
