The Mayor Flavio Di Muro<\/strong> and the Councillor for Events and Sport Serena Calcopietro announced with satisfaction the return of the Sports Festival to Ventimiglia, after the great success of last year's edition.<\/p>\n \u201cSport is an extraordinary instrument of cohesion, education and promotion of the territory. We have decided with conviction to renew this initiative precisely to valorise the great work done by our sports associations, which every day involve hundreds of young people,\u201d said the mayor, Mr Flavio Di Muro. \u201cI therefore thank all the associations for their numerous participation in the organisational meeting and for the spirit with which they are collaborating. Ventimiglia increasingly wants to be a city capable of combining sport and tourism, social activities and well-being, and last year's edition was a clear demonstration of this.
