The city of Guidonia is preparing to host two high-voltage days dedicated to combat sports. The 13 and 14 December 2025, at the Municipal Gymnasium in via Po, the first edition of “KING of the RING”, an event organised by Extreme Top Fighters (ETF) that will see professional athletes, amateurs, youngsters and children take to the ring.
The appointment replaces the historic Christmas Cup and promises to be an international gala that will embrace disciplines such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Grappling, MMA, Karate and Kick Striking.
Italy-France challenge and World Title at stake
The highlight of the event is scheduled for Saturday 13 December.

4 pm: The Kickboxing, Boxing, K1 and MMA preliminary matches will begin, with athletes from all over Italy competing for important titles. In particular, the coveted world title King of The Ring.

8 pm: The main card will turn the spotlight on the challenge between Italy and France.
Prominent Italian fighters will include Riccardo Francesconi from Fonte Nuova, already winner of several national matches, ready to challenge a French champion in a three-round bout. Defending the tricolour and vying for the Full Contact WPKC world crown will be the founder of ETF, Umberto Lucci of Guidonia, who will face Frenchman Bilal Zapetti.
The day of Sunday 14 December will instead be entirely dedicated to adult amateur races.
The Mission of Extreme Top Fighters
The event is organised by ETF (Extreme Top Fighters), set up in 2016 on the initiative of former Kickboxing world champion Umberto Lucci, in collaboration with WPKC and IMTKA.
“KINGS OF THE RINGS is new this year,” said Lucci, founder and president of ETF. “My mission is to give lustre to combat sports, but above all to offer an opportunity to girls and boys who have the desire to emerge in tough, but deeply satisfying disciplines. All this while always valuing those who deserve and are sincerely committed, without any distinction of gender, age or social background.”
ETF is known for giving amateur and amateur athletes ample space, with flagship events such as the Revenge Fighting Championship, whose absolute finals attract hundreds of participants from Italy and abroad.
The Gala will be available in person at the Guidonia Municipal Gymnasium at a cost of 15 euros, or streamed on Primezone.it on 13 December 2025, from 17:00, at a cost of 10 euros.
